Solar Water Heater:

Fluid in the copper heat pipe as heat exchanger,which can start to work in the very short time .The vacuum tube solar collector is absorb the solar rate and transfer the the heat to the copper pipe by the aluminum heat conducting sheet inside the vacuum tube.Then the fluid changes from liquid into vapour by heating and goes up by inside the heat pipe.After exchanging the heat between the condenser end of the heat pipe with the water in the storage cylinder ,the fluid turns into liquid again and goes down to the base of the heat pipe.By this circulation,the water in the storage cylinder is heated by the heat pipe.when hot water is used,cold water will be supplied from the bottom of the storage cylinder.In this system,there is no water flowing in the vacuum tubes,so it is specially usd in the frost area.
This is a pressure system that the storage cylinder and the heat pipe are closed mechanically.Although there are some evacuum tubes broken,the whole system cam still work normally.It has very good antifreezing performance .The heat pipe won't be frozen at the temperature 10degree below zero.and the liquid in it will remain liquid state.
This series solar water heater uses good quality of borosilicate glass vacuum tubes,with selective coating AL-N/AL as collector ,which the heat efficiency is very high,the abou the sylinder ,the inner is 1.5mm 304 2B food grade stainlees steel,it is welded by argon arc protecting welding .which is very durable,high dencity of polyurethane poam keep the heat in the cylinder in good condition.Each cylinder will be tested before deliever out of the factory.Its tested pressure is 1.2MPA (12bar).And the operation pressure is 0.6MPA (6bar).
